Registration is for an Organization

Registration in REMIT Relax is always for an organization, not an individual. The person who starts the registration becomes the first (admin) user of that organization and can invite further users once access has been granted.

During registration, you choose a subscription mode—for example a free plan with no cost and limited access, or a full subscription, such as for the Excel Converter, with full rights and a payment plan.

For security reasons, every new registration is reviewed by Ponton before it is activated. Access to REMIT Relax is only guaranteed once Ponton has approved the organization's registration.

Once the organization is approved, the initial user can log in and start using REMIT Relax, and add further users of the organization.

Administration and User Management

The initial user automatically becomes an Admin user of the organization. This Admin user can then add further users of the organization, each with their own username and password, who share access to the organization's subscription.

Every user belongs to one of two groups—User or Admin—and an Admin user can add further Admin users as well as normal Users.

• Normal Users have limited access but can use all operative functions, e.g. uploading Excel files, processing files, downloading files, or using the online editor.
• Admin Users can additionally add new users, deactivate them or activate them again, adjust the organization's basic data, and create organization templates for the Excel Converter, which can then be used by normal Users.

Admin users can reach the organization admin page by clicking the user icon in the top right corner. From there, they can manage the company, add and manage users, or update subscriptions.
